株式会社susono（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するInstagramインサイトレポートツール「Tsukimi」（以下「本サービス」）における情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 事業者

2. 取得する情報
(1) Instagramアカウントの連携により取得する情報
Instagram API with Instagram Login を通じて、アカウントの持ち主が許可した範囲で、次の情報を取得します。
- アカウント情報：InstagramユーザーID、ユーザーネーム、表示名、プロフィール画像、フォロワー数、ウェブサイト欄などのプロフィール情報
- アカウントのインサイト：閲覧数、リーチ、インタラクション、フォロー数・フォロー解除数などの集計値
- 投稿・リール・ストーリーズの情報（公開日時、種類、キャプション、サムネイル画像）と、それぞれのインサイト（閲覧数、リーチ、いいね、保存、シェア、コメント数、視聴時間など）
- フォロワー属性の集計値（年齢層、性別、地域など。個々のフォロワーを特定する情報は含みません）
- アクセストークン（暗号化して保存します）
当社は、Instagramのパスワード、ダイレクトメッセージ、個々のフォロワーの個人情報を取得しません。
(2) 本サービスの利用にあたり入力される情報
- ログイン用のメールアドレス
- 事業内容、ターゲット、広告の配信状況など、レポート作成のために入力された情報
- コメントなどの入力内容
(3) 利用に伴い自動的に記録される情報
- ログイン状態を保つためのCookie
- データ取得などの処理の実行記録（日時・結果）
3. 利用目的
当社は、取得した情報を次の目的にのみ利用します。
- 連携したInstagramアカウントのインサイトを取得・保存し、月次レポート、グラフ、PDFを作成するため
- AIを用いて、振り返りと翌月の施策・目標の下書きを作成するため
- アカウントの持ち主、または持ち主から運用を任された当社の担当者が、レポートを閲覧・共有するため
- 本サービスの提供・維持・不具合への対応、お問い合わせへの対応のため
取得した情報を、広告の配信、第三者への販売、本サービスと関係のない目的に利用することはありません。
4. AIの利用
レポートの下書きを作成するため、集計済みのインサイトと入力された情報を、AIサービス（Anthropic, PBC が提供する Claude API）に送信して処理します。送信するのは、レポートの作成に必要な範囲に限ります。当社は、取得した情報をAIモデルの学習のために提供しません。
5. 業務の委託と第三者への提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
本サービスの運営のため、次の事業者にデータの保管・処理を委託しています。

これらの事業者は米国などの外国に所在し、またはデータを外国のサーバーで処理する場合があります。当社は、各事業者が個人情報の保護に必要な措置を講じていることを確認したうえで利用しています。
6. 保存期間
- インサイトなどのデータは、レポートの比較・振り返りのために保存します。当社への連絡により取得を停止した場合、保存済みのデータは、削除のご依頼があるまで過去のレポートの閲覧のために保存します（Instagram側で Tsukimi を削除した場合は、第8項のとおり削除します）。
- アクセストークンは、連携の解除または削除のご依頼の時点で無効にします。
- バックアップは最大56日間保存し、その後自動的に削除されます。
7. 安全管理
当社は、アクセストークンの暗号化、通信の暗号化（HTTPS）、会社・アカウントごとの閲覧権限の管理、操作記録の保存など、情報の漏えい・改ざん・紛失を防ぐための措置を講じます。
8. 連携の解除とデータの削除
連携の解除
Instagramの「設定 → アプリとウェブサイト」から Tsukimi を削除すると、連携を解除できます。解除すると、当社はそのアカウントの新たなデータ取得を停止します。
Instagram側で Tsukimi を削除すると、Metaから当社へデータ削除の依頼も自動で届きます。この場合、下記の手順により、そのアカウントに関するデータは48時間後に削除されます。データを残したまま取得だけを止めたい場合は、Instagram側で削除せず、お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
データの削除のご依頼
次のいずれかの方法で、そのアカウントに関するデータの削除をご依頼いただけます。
- Instagramの「設定 → アプリとウェブサイト」から Tsukimi を削除する（データ削除の依頼が自動で届きます）
- shun.designwork@gmail.com に、対象のInstagramユーザーネームを添えてメールで依頼する
ご依頼を受け付けると、確認コード付きの状況確認ページをご案内します。誤った操作を防ぐため48時間の保留期間を設けたのち、データベースと保存画像から、そのアカウントに関するデータを削除します。バックアップに残るデータは、最大56日で自動的に削除されます。削除を行った事実（日時・件数）のみ、個人情報を含まない形で記録します。
9. 開示などのご請求
ご本人から、保有個人データの開示・訂正・利用停止・削除などのご請求があった場合は、ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従って対応します。お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
10. Cookie
本サービスは、ログイン状態を保つためにのみCookieを使用します。広告や行動の追跡を目的としたCookieは使用しません。
11. 改定
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページでお知らせします。
Tsukimi Privacy Policy

susono Inc. ("we", "us") sets out below how we handle information in Tsukimi, our Instagram insights reporting tool (the "Service").

2. Information we collect
(1) Information obtained by connecting an Instagram account
Through the Instagram API with Instagram Login, and only within the scope the account owner authorizes, we obtain:
- Account information: Instagram user ID, username, display name, profile picture, follower count, website field and other profile information
- Account insights: aggregated values such as views, reach, interactions, follows and unfollows
- Information about posts, reels and stories (publish time, type, caption, thumbnail) and their insights (views, reach, likes, saves, shares, comment counts, watch time, etc.)
- Aggregated follower demographics (age range, gender, location, etc.; no information that identifies individual followers)
- Access tokens (stored encrypted)
We do not obtain Instagram passwords, direct messages, or personal information about individual followers.
(2) Information entered when using the Service
- Login email address
- Information entered to create reports, such as business details, target audience and advertising status
- Comments and other entered content
(3) Information recorded automatically
- Cookies used to keep you signed in
- Records of processing such as data retrieval (time and result)
3. Purposes of use
We use the information only to:
- Retrieve and store insights for connected Instagram accounts and create monthly reports, charts and PDFs
- Use AI to draft a review of the month and proposed actions and targets for the next month
- Let the account owner, or our staff entrusted by the owner with account management, view and share reports
- Provide, maintain and troubleshoot the Service, and respond to inquiries
We do not use the information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
4. Use of AI
To draft reports, we send aggregated insights and entered information to an AI service (the Claude API provided by Anthropic, PBC) for processing. We send only what is needed to create the report. We do not provide the information for training AI models.
5. Service providers and disclosure to third parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without consent.
To operate the Service, we entrust the storage and processing of data to the following providers:

These providers are located in, or may process data on servers in, the United States and other countries outside Japan. We use them after confirming that they take the measures necessary to protect personal information.
6. Retention
- Insights and other data are kept so reports can be compared and reviewed over time. If we stop retrieving data at your request, the stored data is kept for viewing past reports until deletion is requested (if Tsukimi is removed on the Instagram side, the data is deleted as described in section 8).
- Access tokens are invalidated when the account is disconnected or deletion is requested.
- Backups are kept for up to 56 days and then deleted automatically.
7. Security
We take measures to prevent leakage, alteration and loss of information, including encryption of access tokens, encrypted communication (HTTPS), per-company and per-account access control, and activity logging.
8. Disconnecting and deleting data
Disconnecting
You can disconnect by removing Tsukimi under Instagram "Settings > Apps and websites". After disconnection, we stop retrieving new data for that account.
When Tsukimi is removed on the Instagram side, Meta also sends us a data deletion request automatically. In that case, data about the account is deleted after 48 hours as described below. If you want us to stop retrieving data but keep the stored data, please contact us instead of removing the app on Instagram.
Requesting deletion
You can request deletion of data about your account in either of these ways:
- Remove Tsukimi under Instagram "Settings > Apps and websites" (a deletion request is sent to us automatically)
- Email shun.designwork@gmail.com with the Instagram username concerned
When we receive a request, we provide a status page with a confirmation code. After a 48-hour hold to prevent mistaken requests, we delete the data about that account from our database and image storage. Data remaining in backups is deleted automatically within 56 days. We record only the fact of deletion (time and number of records), without personal information.
9. Requests for disclosure
If you request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of personal data we hold about you, we will respond in accordance with applicable law after verifying your identity. Please contact us at the address above.
10. Cookies
The Service uses cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page.
