データの削除Data deletion
Tsukimiが保存しているお客様のInstagramのデータ（プロフィール・投稿と数値・インサイト・保存した画像・レポート）は、次のどちらかの方法で削除を依頼できます。You can request deletion of the Instagram data Tsukimi stores about you (profile, posts and their metrics, insights, saved images and reports) in either of the following ways.
- Instagramの「設定 → アプリとウェブサイト」から Tsukimi を削除する（データ削除の依頼が自動で届きます）Remove Tsukimi under Instagram "Settings > Apps and websites" (a deletion request is sent to us automatically).
- shun.designwork@gmail.com に、対象のInstagramユーザーネームを添えてメールで依頼するEmail shun.designwork@gmail.com with the Instagram username concerned.
Instagram側で Tsukimi を削除すると、Metaから当社へデータ削除の依頼も自動で届き、そのアカウントに関するデータは48時間後に削除されます。データを残したまま取得だけを止めたい場合は、Instagram側で削除せず、お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。When Tsukimi is removed on the Instagram side, Meta also sends us a data deletion request automatically, and data about the account is deleted after 48 hours. If you want us to stop retrieving data but keep the stored data, please contact us instead of removing the app on Instagram.
削除の流れWhat happens
- 依頼を受け付けた時点で、データの取得を止め、アクセストークンを無効にします。受付番号つきの状況確認ページをご案内します。As soon as we receive the request, we stop collecting data, invalidate the access token, and provide a status page with a confirmation code.
- 誤った操作を防ぐため48時間の保留期間を設けたのち、データベースと保存画像から、そのアカウントに関するデータを削除します。After a 48-hour hold to prevent mistaken requests, we delete the data about that account from our database and image storage.
- バックアップに残るデータは、最大56日で自動的に削除されます。Data remaining in backups is deleted automatically within 56 days.
- 削除を行った事実（日時・件数）のみ、個人情報を含まない形で記録します。We record only the fact of deletion (time and number of records), without personal information.
- 受付番号があれば、このページで状況を確認できます。If you have a confirmation code, you can check the status on this page.
